Seneschal
What is a Seneschal?
The Seneschal is the chief administrative officer of a branch of the SCA. It is similar to "Club President" in many ways.
Definition of the post
The post is primarily concerned with the smooth administration of the branch. This includes being the primary conduit for information between the local branch and the larger branch of which it is a part. The Seneschal is the person charged with responsibility for the modern legal affairs of the branch. The Seneschal also is the chief officer of the branch and has a duty to see to the welfare of the branch as a whole.
The Seneschal also advises the Insulae Draconis Viceroy and Vicereine on matters of Corpora, Kingdom Law, and Crown Principality Oerating Procedures (CPOP), composes Parliament agenda and chairs Parliament.
They also ensure that the electronic copies of the CPOP are up to date and is responsible for distributing them to anyone requesting them via electronic format

Reports to me are due by the 15th of January, April, July and October. The kingdom website says reports are due on the 25th -- but that's when reports are due to kingdom. My report needs to be in by then.
