List Minister

The List Minister is a lesser officer under the Kindgom List minister and maintains the list of authorised fighters and sends reminders to fighters when their authorisations are due to expire, no later than thirty (30) days from the expiration date.

The List Minister also draws and maintains the lists at the Viceroy Tournament.
