Rockall Herald
“The Rockall Herald is the Insulae Draconis Regional Heraldic Officer reporting to the Kingdom Officer, the Schwartzdrachen Herald. They are the point of contact for Shire Heralds and cover name and device submissions, court ceremonies and field heraldry.
