Insulae Draconis Budget


The following Budget has been set and agreed by the Council of the Purse. The Council of the Purse must approve expenditures exceeding the limits of the budget. Any funds remaining at the end of the year will be directed back to the General Fund.

Insulae Draconis Scribe's Postage & Packaging fund
This is for the reimbursement of money spent on postage & packaging by Insulae Draconis Scribes for the posting of scrolls. Please note that Drachenwald has a similar fund and any scrolls for kingdom should use it.

This fund is capped at £50 total per reign

Please send your receipts to the Principality exchequer for reimbursement.
Suggested process:

  • make a copy of your receipts for yourself, just in case
  • write up the total
  • send originals with a covering note, indicating who to make a reimbursement cheque out to, and your postal address

Insulae Draconis Officer's Postage & Packaging fund
This is for the reimbursement of money spent on postage & packaging by Insulae Draconis Officers for the posting & packaging in the duty of fulfilling their role. Please note that to help reduce the need for writing cheques for a single stamp/envolope, an officer can buy a book of stamps or pack of envolopes as long as any unused stamps/envolopes are passed onto their replacement when that officer step down from their post.

This fund is capped at £20 per year for each officer post.
